This means we have been rigorously tested (and passed) by pet industry professionals on issues such as pet compantion care, health and nutrition, and sound business practice and procedures. You can rest assured knowing we have excelled in all responsibilites related to the safekeeping of your beloved companions.
• You will not need to impose on busy family, friends or neighbours, who may not really want to take on the extra responsibility or are unable to adhere to all your requests or spend as much time with your pets as you would like.
• Stress-Free Pet Care. Animals thrive on routine and familiarity. Leaving your pets in your home eliminates the trauma of having them transported to an alien environment so they can continue with their regular routine.
• Home Care. In addition to looking after your pets, we will also take care of your home-bringing in the post, forwarding mail, opening and  closing curtains, alternating lights between rooms, watering plants, etc. This is all inclusive of our standard home visit/sitting rate.
• Weekly Updates. We provide weekly pet logs to keep you updated while you are on holiday or at work and will also email you pictures of your pets!
• Peace of Mind. Knowing that a responsible animal lover is caring for your pet’s every need, whilst also attending to your home, makes life easier on you. So even the most attached Pet Parent (that’s you!) can leave home without guilt or worry.
• Personalised Service. All animals differ and naturally their needs and behaviour in different situations vary as well. It is important that we provide the very best service and appreciate that entrusting us with the care of your pets is an important decision for you to make.
• Free In-Home Consultation. In order to provide a personalized service, we first meet with you and your pets-free of charge- to discuss specific requirements or special needs that you and your pets may have. We will take detailed notes about your pets’ habits, food and exercise regime, medical history and behaviour. We will also use this opportunity to go through the contract with you-including veterinary details and emergency contact information.
