Thanks very much for the great job you did looking after Snuffy, it made such a difference knowing that he had you with him, he hates the cattery (and so do I) Our flight was delayed by a couple of hours, but we got such a fantastic welcome home from our chatty man and knowing we didn't have the stress of having to pick him up from the cattery was great.

We will definitely be in touch when we next go away.

Just to say a big thank you for all you have done for our pets. You have looked after them wonderfully and I’m sure they think of you as their adoptive mum! I just wanted to say thank you SO much for looking after the kids so well for us. It was so fabulous to come home to see them and see that they had clearly been so well cared for (glad you didn't smuggle them home though). I have given them ALOT of cuddles and given them extra ones from you, telling them they were from Auntie Kelly of course! Thank you so much also for keeping an eye on the house, and making sure we had nothing disastrous to come home to :)

Me and my partner were off on holiday and were let down at the last moment by a friend who was meant to be house sitting. I was a bit weary of having a stranger come in and look after my cats but decided to go for it after I found Kelly's company on the Internet. Kelly came round to meet us and the cats and straight away she put me at ease. Kelly is very easy to get along with and is very professional. She had all the relevant paperwork and references. 2 days before we were due to go away one of my cats was rushed in to an emergency hospital and we found out he had diabetes. This meant him having 2 insulin injections twice a day. I went to cancel the holiday but Kelly advised me she used to own a diabetic cat so offered to give Harvey his injections while we were away. We were able to go away, relax and enjoy our well earned holiday all because of Kelly. We have since used her again and we have bookings right round till next year! She was fantastic and we would recommend her to anyone who has concerns about leaving their pets, she is a total professional and goes above and beyond to help. Thanks Kelly for everything you've done!
